Kabiru Abass ( Technical Director)
BSc (Fisheries & Wildlife Management), PGD (Gender Analysis & Development) MSc (Poverty Reduction & Development Management), PGD (Education Management/Social Studies) Fellow- FCMsp (Institute of Corporate Management & Strategic Planning) and PhD (In view) with over 15 years experience in the social development sector and technical assistance to education, environment, water and sanitation sectors in Nigeria, 4 years experience in the West Africa sub-region and 6 months experience in Bangladesh.

Bisi Orebiyi (Associate Consultant- Water Resources & Sanitation)
BSc (Water Resources & Agrometeorology), MSc. (Water Resources Management), PhD (in-view: Environmental Protection & Management) with over 8 years experience in water resources, sanitation and agriculture sector in Nigeria.

Engr. Francis Ugwu, ( Water & Sanitation Engineering); MNSE, COREN.
BSc, MSc & PhD ( in- view) Engineering. Over 25 years of professional practice in water, sanitation & road/transport industry.

Mr. Quadry Aiyepe (Financial & Grant Management, Financial Analyst & Expert)
HND (Accountancy), MBA and MSc (Accounting Management). He is a Chartered Accountant and Fellow (FCA) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) with over 8 years experience within Nigeria Donor Grant Management abroad participation in DfID, USAID and EU programmes in more than 14 states in Nigeria.

Dr. Arinola Adefila ( Education Access, Enrolment & Retention Expert)
BSc (Geography), MSc (Global Ethics) PhD (Educational Management). She has over 8 years experience in managing education and social development projects in Nigeria and the UK.

Dr. Oluyemisi Akinwande (Health Planning, Policy & Financing Expert)
MBBS (General Medicine) MPH (Public Health). She has over 10 years experience working for International Health Organizations in Nigeria.

Dr. Phebe Jatau (Education Monitoring & Evaluation Expert)
BEd, Med & Phd (Education Management) Phd (Curriculum Development). She has over 10 years research, teaching and facilitation experience.

Christabel Omolade (Water & Education Planning & Information Management Expert)
BSc (English) PGD (Social Development) and PGD (Development Studies}. She has over 10 years experience in Water& Sanitation Planning; School Development Planning, Education Policy, Education Information Management System in Nigeria.

Olufunmilayo Adeniyi (Management Psychology Expert).
BSc (Psychology) MSc (Managerial Psychology). She has over 5 years experience developing education in emergency programmes, Gender issues and child protection.

Oluwafunmilayo Agbabiaka (Gender, Equity & Inclusion Expert).
NCE (Education/Social Studies PGD (Gender, Analysis & Development) and PGD (Development Administration}. She has over 12 years experience in gender mainstreaming to social development programmes, human rights, conflict management and violence against women issues.
